Employment Oppitunities

My first job opportunity i am looking to go into is Interior Design, which is where you manage projects and design interior and in some cases exterior of a room. To reach this i will need to be organised, mature, and i will need to work on my business skills, also i will make sure that i don’t work to just my taste but to the clients to ensure they are happy and receive what they want, showing professional results whilst being practical, safe, attractive and meet the needs of the clients.

I will need a series of qualifications to achieve this, two in which being Design Craft in level 3, or a Diploma in Art and Design. I have learned alot through the Diploma in Art and Design and i hope to carry on and learn more in the future to gain skills to be an Interior Designer.
This will be a full time job but with flexable hours as i will travel to clients houses and i will work from home when needed. This would show other companies I work with in the future that I a, capable of being in a team, and that I am creative.

Blogging is another job opportunity which i am thinking about going down, as i have been Blogging for over three years now about fashion, beauty and lifestyle, i am really enjoying it. After alot of research about earning income through blogging i have found out that when i’m eighteen i can start to earn money from my blog, i need to work hard to make it my full time job and i will be working flexable hours from home. I will also attend events, meeting and meet ups so i can grow and get my blog known. I will need to improve my website and graphic design skills, my textiles knowledge so i can improve my posts about fashion. I could volunteer to write for a magazine or the newspaper so i can improve my writing skills.

This will be a high advantage on my CV because it shows that i am committed, organised and confident. When i am ready to take a new step onto another employment, blogging can make me look like I have social media management, marketing, fashion and graphic design skills. Bloggers are known as ideas people so this shows that I can come up with new plans and designs. As well as that I have created my relationships with brands and companies which could help them.

My final job path I'd like to try is to run a fashion based company where I'd organise and manage new fashion trends and my own a fashion magazine, my inspiration for this is the film Devil wears Prada because I'm very fond of the events, organising and coming up with new fresh ideas. I will need this UAL Diploma course will help me to understand techniques and designing. I will need designing skills, graphic and writing skills. This will be a full time job which I will need to be constantly working on new designs and organising events.

I will need a lot of training and need to work my way up, it will be a valuable experience which I would be very proud of and I would gradually employ others to help me and it would be a high work quality where lots of people would dream to work. I will need to acquire many skills so I can achieve this but I think that it can be done.
